Hey all, great board. I've been trolling these boards for a month now, and this is officially my first post. One month is also the same amount of time I've been using my MGX. I've read many threads on what to expect and to just go with the flow. Let me tell you what happened to me today, and let me know if it is normal.
I started my session like I normally do. Comfortable, warm and controlled breathing. I have learned over the month to allow my anus muscles to relax in a way that the MGX rocks away from me, and toward my prostate. I can feel the 'spark' of energy building within 5 minutes of inserting now a days.
My last few sessions have been wonderful. But today was something that will be hard to put into words, but I'll try. After 30 minutes or so, I could tell my prostate was being stimulated very well because I had the 'rocking' muscle movement in my anus. Like in another post by Darwin, I tried very hard to keep my breathing quick and relaxed so I don't interrupt my MGX from doing it's thing. I know I was close to hyperventilating, but the feeling was fantastic so I kept on.
What happened next, scared me...
I was on my back with my legs bent and feet spread apart by 8 inches because this is currently my favorite position. It allowed me to have an incredible and enjoyable p-wave. My body tingled all over. My feet, legs, arms, hands even my chest felt flushed and tingly. Then my hands, which were by my side and flat on the floor got overly tingly, and started to tighten up. My thumbs were pulled under my fingers, and my hands formed a cup that was very rigid. I was unable to relax my hands, or even able to move my arms. My stomach turned into this stormy sea and the nausea set in so bad I felt like I needed to throw up. I kept remembering from multiple posts, 'just go with the flow', 'ride it out' so that is what I did. The sick sensation kept building and getting more intense, and I could not handle it anymore. I opened my eyes and could hardly focus. Found the energy to sit up to try and stop whatever was going on. It slowly started to pass, and I was able to remove my MGX. The sickness and dizzy sensations continued for well over 30 minutes.
Whew... Is this a normal sensation that I should try and enjoy? Is it like climbing to the mountain top so you can enjoy your hard work once you get there? I'm so confused by this session today, but most of all want to make sure that it is a 'normal' reaction or something else completely. I know everyone experiences different feelings and you can't know for sure, but please if possible help me understand what just happened!
Thanks in advance for any input you have for me.

This kind of thing has never happened to me. Hopefully someone else has had this experience and will be able to offer some insight. However, I do think that aneros use exposes our bodies to new stimuli and sensations. So, it wouldn't surprise me if these things are "processed" by our nervous systems in odd ways. Certainly, what you experienced doesn't sound pleasurable and it doesn't sound like something you should "ride out". If I were you, I'd give myself a couple of days, then try again. Perhaps your body just needs some time to adjust.
Aztec,
From your description of events it sounds like you were having a mild panic attack. There is no need to worry about it, this is a phenomenon referred to as "Panic at the Gates". The feelings of unease or nausea are created by your ego consciousness out of fear of loss of bodily control. It is obvious your body was ready, willing and able to take you into the Super-O experience but your ego didn't want to just "Let Go" of control. Thus a conflict developed within your psyche which you weren't able to immediately reconcile.
In some respects, yes, this is normal and has been reported by others as well. The severity of the anxiety attack varies widely of course, some men never experience this and others will occasionally experience it again upon escalation of intensity of their Anerosession journey. I don't believe our bodies would ever create conditions which would prove harmful or damaging to us in the expression of ecstatic, sensual life force energy. So the next time you are approaching the Super-O gates, just remember to tell yourself to relax, breathe deeply, and reassure your ego that "...everything is going to be alright, just enjoy the ride...". You'll be just fine! P.S. If you still have the introductory PM I sent you when you first joined, please re-read item G.)
I was hoping you would post something Rumel. Thanks for your advice. I've never had a panic attack so this could explain things. I'm sad to say that all my email was wiped about 2 weeks ago due to a computer glitch on my end. I lost pretty much everything and didn't back up like I know I should.
I found this post yesterday from Plato, and I quote:
Okay, so last night was my first time I had some kind of minor pleasure waves thingy it felt like the room was turning--a little like going to bed drunk. I had other pleasure feelings before but less intense. It wasn't an orgasm though, at least I dont think so...
This is also a great description of what happened to me. It did feel like the room was spinning, and that I was drunk to an extent.
Thanks again for your advice.
Aztec, rumel has given you an excellent response. I experienced similar reactions to yours early-on in my Aneros experience. Just remember...you cannot hurt yourself with an Aneros used by itself. You cannot. So just relax and enjoy where it takes you. Don't think Super O...that's a myth...simply learn to channel and enjoy the wonderful pleasure that use brings, and you're pleasure will grow, incrementally at first, but more and more as you surrender you ego and let your bliss take over. It's a wonderful trip. Embrace it and enjoy it.

Hey,
I'm no expert... I'm a newbie myself. But your description reminds me of a time when I got motion sickness. Are your ears/sinuses ok? Are they congested? Were you sick recently with a cold or allergies? I know that balance and motion sickness is controlled by either the middle or inner ear (can't remember which one). Perhaps, your body did not know how to read those feelings and activated a motion sickness alert, together with the panic attack Rumel described.
I have chronic allergies and was sick with a cold not too long ago... and my balance was really off during my Anero sessions. One time I thought I was gonna fall off the bed, even though I was in the middle of it. Just a thought!
Hope you get there! I feel so lucky that I reached Super O's on my 4th session (and I was as skeptical about it as most people). Hang in there; it will happen!
Thanks GringoBeans 🙂 Love that name!
I do have chronic allergies like you. I thought that it maybe motion sickness, or inner ear thing as well. I brought out the Neti Pot again to help with the congestion. /figerscrossed
I'm not chasing Gringo, just enjoying, and enjoying I am.
