I've had the aneros for a year using it on and off. Never got any orgasms, but I've noticed something. If I use the aneros before I take a leak, I feel more sensations. Then it gets to the point where I really need to tinkle and after resuming I feel no sensations whatsoever. During the last 5 uses I've noticed this. Is it recommended to be filled with a little urine while using the aneros?
Yes I have noticed this before and have reported it. I believe it is because the filling balder causes a downward pressure and the Aneros device is causing an upward pressure. The prostate and other reproduction glands are being squeezed in between.
Keep up the practice, I have been using my devices for over 6 years and have had some amazing sensations and super o's. But I don't expect or want super o's each time I use it. I just love the sensations that it produces each time. Just relax and enjoy what comes along.
Hello, calmer and 41330 (btw 41330, please register with a "handle" it makes it so much easier, and personal, if you do, thanks.)
Yes, calmer is correct, and the full bladder can actually wrap around the urethra and prostate, thus making contact by the Aneros difficult, and thus the loss of sensation.
I try to make sure my bladder is empty before any session. Makes for more fun.
As calmer, says, 41330, keep practicing, you'll get it. It's worth the work.

My advice would be to ensure that you empty your bladder as close to the start of your session as you can as this will ensure that it is empty for much of the session
Then if you feel the need for a pee during the early phases of the session, it may be proof that the device is doing its job!
It seems that the "need to pee" sensation is an indication that you may be approaching the orgasmic threshold.
