I have been using my helix for a while now after switching to it from a mgx which was my first purchase. For a long while i didnt really get much from either (about 2 years off and on). I recently bought some new silicone lube cause any water based stuff i use i never felt much. And latley i have been able to really take some time for myself i have been able to make my body go crazy. Problem is i can sorta control it but i dont really feel any kind of amazing pleasure at this point in time. I am wondering if this is normal? I am patiently waiting and mostly just wondering if i am getting closer to bliss? I know its different with every individual but i figured there is enough people out there that someone could explain it better for me..... I just want to say thanks for all the great info on this site it has made it easier to take this journey.....

For me, the most satisfying sessions are those in which my body is at complete peace. Body spasm often means that I have not controlled the energy correctly and in which I often find myself being exhausted and craving for more.
