I've tried for quite some time to massage my prostate with a finger but without luck.
Until last week, when I discover something which improves the angle and depth......two fingers.
Using just a long middle finger and you reach a point where you get locked from going further because the two fingers on either side of the middle finger hit your backside and prevent further depth.
Once you get the sphincter a bit relaxed and loosened, go for the pointer finger AND the middle finger. When lying down move your pelvis a bit to the right or left based on your hand to improve leverage and comfort
Because you have removed the pointer finger from the equation and put it inside (and the thumb is so much further away) you should be able to get quite a bit deeper.
The remaining ring and pink tend to wrap around the curve of your bottom and not get in the way much.

Try it out.
I was able to get some new sensations, still don't feel a walnut like object (prostate) though.
I suppose the next step would the whole fist but that might take all night and Cirque de Soleil skills.

What exactly do you mean?
I've not managed to find mine using my fingers / thumb. Are you saying I was looking in the wrong place or using the wrong method?

I always assumed that a Dr was able to get in far enough because he isnt limited as we are when trying to get into the right position, etc.
Even though I got in further, I wasnt feeling the "walnut" everbody talks about.
Doing self massage like this seems to be on everbody's wish list, right behind autofelatio. Am I the only one who couldnt find/reach their prostate with a finger?

@sjenz, you don't look for a walnut thing in your anal canal, do you? This comparison only describes of what size the object is you can feel through your intestinal wall. You must search it fingering towards your stomach and the more aroused you are, the easier it will be found.

yeah.. thing will be easier when you are aroused. You can straight away feel it inside. Whether or not you get any pleasure from it, that's another story
