Unable to do stage 2 --___-- No involuntray.

I failed to do stage2. I am not sure how much contraction is 1/4 to 1/2. And I don't know if I am holding the contraction correctly. Hell, I don't even know what is the correct way to do the contration.

I tried to use my sphincter to hold the MGX in-ward. I also tried to hold it less than 1/2 strengh. But there is no involuntary happening. I have hard time to hold it perfectly also. Once I exhale, I seems to reflex unconcionsly. Few breath later, I don't even know I relexed or not. Without involuntary, there is no way I can get the massage.

Another question is that I didn't use injector for the lub. I bought it few hours ago. Does MGX required to have a lot of lub, how much also?

The successful posts I read said I should contracting and releasing to stimulate prostate, invuluntary will come. The instuction said I should hold contraction for a long time untill invuluntary come.

Which way do you think is easier? And is there a way to practice contraction without aneros? I want to practice many many times before I use aneros.

There is few things I realized. I don't think MGX hit my prostate at all. I tied it today again, and there is no urine sensation, and I don't feel pressure at all. I tried both penis contraction and admonial contraction (sorry about spelling), but it doesn't really move or massage anything. First it doesn't go in further because the perineum abutment blocked it. Secondly, I feel like I need to manually pull the handle up so I can feel some pressure behind my penis.

I am not sure it is too small or too large. But anyway, already bought Helix and waiting for them to ship it. I hope Helix does the job. At least I need some pressure first.

Oh yeah, one thing is good though. I think I cum more when I do the penile orgasm. I think Aneros helped, strange how does it help if I don't feel massage. >o

Man, I am having the EXACT same problems. It feels like the aneros tip goes past the crucial area (where you get the urine sensation). So maybe its too big?
