I started using the helix syn some weeks ago, and had wonderful experiences, although nothing like an orgasm yet.

I am a type 1 diabetic, and noticed however that the sessions always bring me very high hyperglycemia, which is difficult to bring under control afterwards.

Does anyone have a similar experience? Is it linked to the prostate simulation ? Has anyone developped tactics to deal with such a problem?

I'm afraid I'll have to abandon any prostate simulation if I cannot solve this.

Do you have the same problem with ordinary sex, orgasm, ejaculation?

What do you experience with the Aneros? You say it is not an orgasm?
