Two passwords for the same account? (Blogs and Forum)

Hi,
I have something strange happening to me. It seems the proper site and blogs have an account and the forums have another.

When i login through the forum I have to use one password, and when I login through the blogs I have to put another one.
Why does this happen and how can I change it to have just 1 password?
