Two Hour Gym Workout

Last week I had an interesting Progasm session. In an "on the back" position with legs bent and feet flat on the bed, I went into an uncontrollable series of leg and butt spasms that lasted two hours. Had to stop only after becoming exhausted.

It affected muscles I didn't know I had. Later, I tried to google the muscle groups affected. I am still sore a week later. All muscle groups from the knees up thru the waist were involved.

It was interesting to play with the position. Whenever I moved out of the position, the gym workout slowed or stopped.....and when I moved back into the position, the workout ramped back up.

Three days later, I tried to see if it would trigger again and it did.....but only from a new and different position from the original workout. I could adjust the Progasm by twisting the perinium tab slightly and one leg/butt side would ramp up while the other would ramp down....and vice versa. In one perinium tab position all sides went into a full gym workout. Maybe that's a way to confirm the "sweet spot"?

Yes, there was pleasure involved and high levels of arousal but no "o" yet.

Guess I can cancel my membership in the local gym now.

alternatively you could bring your progasm to the gym and do your workout there.

you might want to try adjusting the position, for example resting your calves on an ottoman or similar. this may give you the same internal contact but relieve your legs of the contractions. this might help you get to the next level. i'd say you want to keep the pleasure component but the convulsions might be a distraction.

also, you might want to see if you have a penis trigger.

Regarding the penis trigger, I think I might have hit it with the sweet spot rediscovery. During this super O my semi erect penis was literally convulsing on its own in a rythmic way. It was a real turn on but I had explored the penis trigger for several minutes prior. Have you ever had this delayed type reaction? Perhaps it was simply from another stimulation?

Hey Tripper,

Congratulations on the new experience! Is this the first time you've had muscle contractions like this? From what I recall of your earlier posts, your Aneros sessions didn't involve much, if any, muscle contractions. Sounds like you are moving on to the next level.

Keep trying different positions. I bet you will start experiencing contractions with them as well. You may find that lying on your side with both or one knee bent will cause the perineum tab to be locked into place.

I've had the same experience where only one leg and buttock were contracting like crazy while the other one was doing nothing but that only happened when I listened to the Ecstasy CD without the Aneros. With the Aneros inserted, I usually get contractions in both legs and buttocks. Lately, my sessions have just consisted of pelvic contractions with the usual variation of slow and soft to hard and fast.

Be on the lookout for any body tingling that you may experience when the contractions stop. For me, they eventually developed into waves of full body tingling. You may also notice your anus gently contracting on it's own when the contractions stop. The tingling seems to pulse in sync with these contractions.

Keep us informed of your progress.

Hi Trip...I have been wondering how your progress has been going.

Congrats on your journey...glad to hear it!

As we have discussed long ago, and as suggested above, I really recommend the "on the back but legs up" position...plastic bin, ottoman, upside down laundry basket, with a pillow on top...it really takes all the tension and distraction out of your legs when your feet are flat on whatever you are laying on. They are almost become "detacted"...floating...

I do recommend wearing socks...feet seem to get cold in this position...probably due to the reduced blood flow.

Go for it!

Virg,

Darn if that wasn't my second position on the 2nd night that triggered the gym workout. How about yourself? Any recent successes?

Hey Virg,

Neat idea with the upside down laundry basket or plastic bin and a pillow on top. I don't have an ottoman and was thinking that it would be too bulky to place on the bed. I'll give it a try as well.

I'm normally on my side as the contractions cause my head to start pounding into the pillow but perhaps now since they are mostly pelvic contractions, it may be "safe" to try that position again! 😉

Thanks,

Onthepath
