I actually wrote this as a post to a fellow member that`s been at it for a while. Decided to post it here so that it might help someone reach their goal. So here you go - my prioritized list:

1.
Focus
- connecting to that inner feeling (in your prostate) and building upon it.

2.
Just thinking about feeling it move will eventually make it move or
make you tens up. That means it moves inwards by itself. Try relaxing
every once in a while instead so that it moves back out.

3.
Relax.
. Don`t even think about relaxing. That`s how much you should relax.

4.
Now that you have the three things down, you can do some experimenting.
Try combining focus with something else. One thing that ALWAYS gets me
going is concentrating on the feeling you get when you cum
traditionally
. The "opening up" feeling of the muscle that releases the
flow of secrete (not mixed up with sperm). This secrete is located in
the exact area that you`re focusing on. The prostate..
When you get that opened up feeling, just concentrate on holding it "open.

Now that you got those things down, do a of them in a slow mix.

If
you find the "opening up feeling" of the muscle that releases the flow of
secrete then you`ll also find that the massaging of the prostate get`s
taken up a notch feeling-wise.Everything will feel better..

5.
Last but not least. If you feel the urge to get a twitch or pump in your
dick while erect... then don`t force it.. let it built until it goes off
by itself. It will eventually feel like the same pump you get when you
cum traditionally.

Let the feelings build and let everything do itself mostly All you really need to do is the focusing, opening up, relaxing and fantasizing.

On a sidenote - I believe it`s important to know how it all works regarding the "opening up" feeling:
When you cum there is actually three types of secrete that get mixed. From your bulbourethral gland, seminal vesicles and from your prostate gland. Secrete from your bubourethral gland is what I believe is precum - it lubricates. The fluid from the prostate gland is a bit different and sometimes white"ish", and lastly there`s the spermia from your testicle area.

Hey Alex_xxx, That was great advice!!

To expand, I have found that it works for me to envision a fountain falling back onto itself. At the "open up" stage you referred to, I try to let myself fall over and around the aneros. This helps me visualize the good feelings and let them keep flowing.

@alex_xxx: your writing about "opening up" is right on the mark. I have recently found to my surprise and great satisfaction that I can not only distinguish between the PC pulling in and the BC BUT ALSO (i.think) pull up with the PC while opening up the BC and that is a trigger for intense P waves and more. Control of these is crucial for advancing to A-less pleasure, I think. I also really liked your description of "mentally" moving the aneros. The physical act of drawing in and pushing out the device with the anal muscles is completely different from the sensation of movement and pleasure that comes from envisioning (? Imagining) the device moving on its own. Thanks for the insights

though never giving up is good, i cannot understand your points though at all? what i feel doesn't translate to my experience, even of normal ejaculation. If i 'open up' it puts the sensation on the penis, it detracts from my sessions.

Yes, exactly that pumping notion. But it'll bring itself if you stay "open". Sorry, trying my best to explain.

@Alex_xxx Lately I have no trouble getting the device moving and I have no trouble visualizing the movement in fact sometimes the visualization is quite vivid where I can see the texture of the surface of the tissue. When this happens, it is the best experience.

But, sometimes (and I have reported this since the beginning) the sensations will build until I will have a very deep involuntary contraction. After that happens, I kind of have to start over again.

I am uncertain about "Opening Up" I want to understand this better.

@Armon-neat what do you mean by the "BC?"

I can distinguish between my PC muscles, the sphincter and the upper anal muscles. In fact, you can get a very pleasant rolling sensation between the PC and Sphincter muscles going that sort of rolls the device back and forth and side to side.

Alex_xxx When I get in that place where I can visualize very vividly, that is a magic place. Problem is I can not stay there very long, it will just suddenly vanish and I am fully awake and aware and it is difficult for me to get back to that place in that session.

Also, I am a person for whom it is very difficult to fully relax. Some people here talk about pot, but it makes me ill. What about a glass of wine or something???

@xtimedt69: sorry I can't remember where I read it in these forums or maybe in the wiki about the bulbocavernous muscle. I think one of the veteran forum members talked about being able to separate the two muscles actions and how that helped get him to the O phase. Opening up the BC ( I hope I'm getting this right and please correct me, alex_xxx, if I'm not) is almost like allowing yourself to pee . So I've found that I can pull in the device "(suck it in" ) while I'm opening up the BC . I dunno , that's just what I think I'm doing....but it works! And don't forget to pay attention to the nipples. I suddenly found them sensitized at a point maybe 20 min into a session and then they can push you over the edge.

I know exactly what you're talking about @Armon-neat.. It kind of feels the same as you would when allowing yourself to pee. But no pee and a different muscle:)
And yes, the nips get super sensitive. They've pushed me over the edge a couple of times. But the last two times I haven't had the need to stimulate them to get the SuperO 🙂

And probably, like you, i didn't experience great anerosless sessions until I mastered the "opening up", focus and relaxing at the same time..

Alcohol never works for me, because it seems to dull my senses! If you can get to the visual and relaxed state, even for a little while, and that allows you to feel more stimulation, then expanding the range of time you are able to stay in that state, even if you only expand it a few seconds at a time, will be worth it in the long run!

I continue to state, and believe, this experience is some of the most fun we can have WITHOUT doing drugs!

For those that are interested in Male Squirting, this description of "Opening Up" is the key. I've been lacking a good term to use to describe it and this seems to represent it very well. It's hard to do since you naturally don't want to urinate. Once you learn to Open Up, you may release the seminal vesticle fluid. If you try this, make sure to first lay down some large towels!
