Hi guys just wanted to check in if this is normal.

after inserting the aneros, I realised that clenching certain muscles bring about trembling of the prostate region. Even when I try to relax, I will find myself involuntarily clenching those muscles, which triggers the trembling, which makes me clench even harder, forcing me to be very tense. Is this normal? Thanks!

In a word YES, trembling (involuntary muscle contractions) of the prostate are quite normal as an orgasmic response. With more experience you will learn to further relax those muscles such that you may enter the Calm Seas of Orgasm and enjoy prolonged periods of blissful pleasure uninterrupted by spasmodic contractions.
Good Vibes to You !

Thanks @rumel. It’s just that I have been stuck at this stage for quite a while and it’s getting frustrating. And it doesn’t help that everyone is emphasising on relaxing but I find myself being more tense instead.
