Long time user, still haven’t reached a hands free orgasm.

I've been been using an Aneros for 16 years and have not achieved a hands free ejaculatory orgasm either but I have had plenty of prostate orgasms nonetheless. I'm also 5'-8" and I don't think the models are too big.

I'm of similar height and have several aneros models. I found that all models gave me pleasure, but even different positions brought different sensations. You will have to experiment a bit. You might want to try folding few pieces of toilet paper into a small rectangle and putting it under the P-tab. It prevents aneros from going too deep and also creates more instability that makes aneros move more.

I'm a bit shorter at 5'6" and most anal toys work well for me, I don't think height is an issue for Aneros use. 

I'm 5'8" and I use a helix Trident.  The location of the P tab is just fine for me.  

I have been considering trying a maximus for a fuller feeling but the P tab dimensions are the same.

FYI I had my first hands free wet orgasm with the helix yesterday, been on my Aneros journey for about 2 months. 

See my post entitled "Anybody tried this technique" for what I did.  I guess it may be considered cheating a bit, it was hands free for sure but I deliberately bucked/thrusted my hips.
