The technique I'm referring to can be found here: http://wiki.malegspot.com/index.php?title=Advanced_Skills#Tug-of-war
So i've had about 10-12 total sessions so far. I think my progress so far has been really good. My last few attempts i've been able to get involuntaries going using this technique. The problem lies in the fact that my session start really fast. Almost minutes after the aneros is inserted I get really good feelings and my first set of contractions produce really good involuntaries. But I can't quite hold the grip needed just yet and I end up either controlling too much, or relaxing too much, and the ride stops there. I try again to get going but it's nowhere near as strong as the first one and I tend to lose some my sense of the subtle feelings that the aneros provides...I sort of grow numb to it I guess. Also my pc muscle get tired and I can't hold for as long anymore.
Has anyone had success with this techinique and maybe provide me with some tips. I really wish I could get going like I do on the first contractions, but sadly it seems after I lose that initial ride, the session is almost over. Leading to shorter 35-45 min sessions.
Just keep doing regular sessions. 10-12 sessions is a good start! Be consistent in your "workouts" and you'll gain strength and endurance in your anus and PC muscles. Your sensitivity will also increase as your involuntary contractions become stronger and may become full-force pumping action.
At one point when you relax yourself, things will continue on their own. I have found that mentally moving or imagining myself moving the device, rather than physically moving it, also is effective for mental focussing. If you can visualize the device within, that's even better. Try it.
I tried this yesterday and had amazing results. Holding a strong contraction and letting it go slowly, my legs started to tremble and I entered a new phase of my journey.
I've seem to have not gotten any further with this technique. My attempts lately just feel like im trying to hold such a strong contraction that my muscles get tired and then they quiver which causes some involuntary contractions, but not real good feeling or focus on my prostate, just all the focus on the hold. I may try some deep breathing techniques and holding less of a contraction next time.
I visualize photos of just the handle being exposed with the rest of the tool having found it's "way home"really does it for me.
