Tingling on forehead

Hello, probably some of you have felt this tingling feeling/pressure on your forehead right between and above your eyebrowes when an object is very close to it, almost touching it. I can also trigger this feeling immediately on command just by focusing on that spot and can be very strong, almost painful.
I have had very modest success with the aneros, if any at all, but I had that feeling I mentioned at the beginning elusively in my perineum and rectum. Is that tingling what a p-wave feels like? is the do-nothing-aproach the same as what I do to trigger this pressure on my forehead?

I would suggest you begin looking into some of the posts on kundalini because this same thing happened to me and got much more intense
