I’ll keep this one short.

I have never had much luck with mind’s eye visualization. I understand the premise (I think) but have mostly found it distracting.

Recently, though, my imagination stumbled upon a useful visualization. I envisioned a tomato growing from a small bud on a vine to a large ripe tomato but very quickly as if it were filmed as a timelapse. If you’ve ever seen a timelapse video of fruit or other plants growing, you’ll know what I mean. The fruit or flower extends outward then is dragged down to rest, by the weight of the fruit or perhaps simply gravity. I find that very closely maps to the feeling behind my pelvic bone while having a session (normally a-less)

Just wanted to share that.

Timelapse Tomato 🙂 I don’t even like tomatoes.

Anybody else see something similar?

Nice post @orangejuicedrinker.  Because you're metaphorically-minded, I don't suppose you've missed it, but I'm writing this note just in case.  I can't speak highly enough of the humor, erudition, eroticism and new perspectives I can translate into my own experiences for my own benefit in Open Collection of Helpful Visualizations for Aneros use, Aless sessions and rewiring  Cross-reference your tomato with the time-lapse video of flowers blooming.

Metaphor has been an entertaining and useful device as I try to apprehend what is occurring within the sacred, hidden spots of my being.
