Time for a break...

Had to take a break today. I've had daily sessions for the past week ranging from thirty
minutes to a couple of hours.

Yesterday I got the urge to try an Aless session. Well, what a mind blower. I did this a few
months ago and had good results but not like yesterday. Had my first SO within a few minutes
of hitting the bed. Rolled one after another, every two to three minutes, for over an hour.
Tried again today but I think I've overdone it. I'm actually a little sore.

This happened after a few weeks of less than great sessions, still good but not what I had been
achieving. If the lag led me to awesome Aless sessions, I'm happy.

I go through periods when I hit plateaus and just seem stuck. Eventually though it all comes
roaring back better than anything I'd had before.

Wow! I'm realizing I'm REALLY sore. I might have to take a few days off!

That's your body telling you you need a break 🙂

@NewJoyToy, I’d guess, not only your body - as @Flesh_Joe wrote - needs a rest, so does your mind. Let your subconsciousness slowly get accustomed to all these new feelings. It still might struggle whether it all is good for you or whether you should be warned or even stopped to carry on. Only reconsider what a lot of healthy sleep you might have skipped and given up for your hours of Aless or Aneros sessions. You must not fear to lose or unlearn anything of your new capabilities, even after a weeks long time out due to hindering circumstances my next sessions felt even better than before. Give yourself some recovery time, read a book, take a walk, give in to some Alessless time, just then the best is yet to come.
Cheers, Mart

Yeah, I have a habit of taking things too far before taking a break.

Playing music, exercise, even reading. Body needs time to build new synapses
and process what it has taken in.
