on occasion i break out a dildo. i did so today and was reminded how hard it is for me to insert. i spent probably 15 minutes trying various things (angles, vibrating, slowly massaging, different positions). eventually i succeeded.

it's the inner sphincter that is the resolute barrier.

two questions:

1. do we think this objective measure of sphincter tightness might relate to aneros performance (i don't often get full-fledged auto-fuck)
2. do you have tricks for improving this? my recollection is that if i keep at the dildo for a week, maybe my hole gets more accommodating, but not sure.

Do you seem to have increasing difficulty inserting Aneros? I have found that I've grown more accommodating with regular use. Progasm is now easy.

I’m tight as hell too, can barely manage a 1.5 inch diameter dildo. I invested in a set of anal dilators. Great for working your way up. 🙂
