My initial excitement and progress is a distant memory. After a promising start, I wouldn't have guessed that id be where I am, 3 and a bit years later.

I progressed through the same stages that many of us have. I switched between the active muscle clenching onto to the ' let go and relax' stage within my first six months. I did have some great feelings and even experienced a climax of sorts with my peridise. I didn't expect to be able to reproduce that, and neither has it happened since. I never put pressure on myself, being conscious of avoiding expectations.

It is with some sadness that my journey has come to a grinding slow death. I have struggled with relaxing/ maintaining arousal / not falling asleep.

As it stands today, my time between sessions is ever lengthening. It has gotten to the point where it really does feel like I'm just lying down with a piece of plastic in me.

I'd love to move forward from this slump.

Any advice for me?

I imagine thay there are others in the same boat.

Does your inserted Aneros move by itself. It seems that users whose Aneros autof*k get there faster.

A good quality fish oil is what changed things for me. After about 10 days at 1500 EPA and 1000 DHA I could start to feel really pleasurable feelings for the first time, and a few days later I had my first orgasm that lasted for about a minute and was centered on my head and chest. It was amazing, but a bit confusing as a thought it would have more feelings in my prostate. Everyone says relaxation is the key and it is, but its more than just trying to get your muscles to relax. Its like letting someone tickle you without laughing but your not laughing not because your trying not to laugh, but instead your not laughing because something can touch your muscles without inducing the reflex. Its like being tickled but your so relaxed that your laughing on the inside. That level of relaxation is what did it for me, and I think the fish oil. I think UnoCardio 1000 + Vitamin D 1000 Is good, but the good stuff is so expensive. If you go to amazon, there is a top review on that product that goes over a bunch of top fish oil brands that shows purity % and cost. I found that really helpful.

What devices have you used other than peridise? Maybe a new one would help?

I tend to watch porn during session. I know some posters are against that, but it might help you get past the boredom. Doesn't seem to hurt my sessions at all.

I like that Kodex brings supplements into this. It is possible that could help freshen you up for more.

It does move on occasion, and it has built up to be pleasurable but doesnt usually come to anything. I guess I have have had all the right things happen, just not consistenly enough nor intensive enough to hold my attention. The whole experience has turned out to be rather underwhelming.

It is only by using breathing that I get it to pulse moodily. My problem is I feel very comfortable with the Aneros inserted.

Is being comfotable bad? Ive always wondered. I put it in and can almost forget it is there. You arent suppose to think about it but forgetting doesnt seem to help. Oxymoron.

I've got almost all of them except the vice, and Maximus.

I had my first session in 2 weeks which was kind of nice. I definately felt more sensitive and aware of the presence of the peridise. Perhaps pacing my sessions further apart will help.

Bump

Another six months on and nothing of note to report.

I have just ordered a tempo which I'm excited to try. I usually find that a new model brings about a , all be it temporary, rejuvenation of sensation.

Only 18 months of aneros use here. I had started with contractions as well and moved into the relax/do nothing which is what I was initially getting. But I discovered not to long into the system that do nothin method doesn't really mean do nothing. I found wi th deep breathing and focusing my attention on the prostate internally it created excitation of the area as it pushed from the abdomen eventually turning into a laser focus of stimulation to the prostate and root of the penis. This stimulus could be felt up the shafts and head as well. So it's really about being still and focusing. For example, focus on the sensation of the tip of your nose. You can feel it. Focus next on your cornea and feel the air across your eye and lid. Focus on your shoulder or the touch of your shirt on your nipple. See the focus produces the intent. Focus on the area of the prostate and don't think about the plastic tool. Feel the area and enjoy it and wait. As you breathe and focus on it you will feel the cycle of pleasure and swelling and you keep breathing and focusing as it cycles higher. See if that breaks your unlucky streak. It's meditative on your pleasure spots and without the focus you are left more to chance. Not to. Say it is easy doing this. Often the mind wanders and you have to bring it back. But see what this is like. With focus of attention come opportunities

Have you tried KSMO? This stuff is excellent when it comes to getting in touch with your nervous system and inducing pleasure waves...
