In have had my helix now for about 5-6 months. I am not sure that I have reached the SUPER-O but the other night it was the most awesome feeling that I have ever had. I have been reading here for some time and thought I would never reach what some of you talk about. I think I am arriving to that place and it is the most amazing feeling I have ever felt.
Laying on my back with feet flat on the bed and knees bent, I just lay there and try to competely relax, THAT IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING-RELAX! I have found that the breathing techniques don't really help me but hinder. The contractions start, uncontrollable shaking, and then this warm feeling starts coming up. The intensity of the feeling gets very high and is awesome (can't describe it). Can anyone really describe the SUPER-O? Is the ouncontrollable shaking normal? Those who are experienced, does this sound like I am on the right track?
The last two sessions have been awesome with this warm feeling and intensity so high that it will last anywhere from 15-30 minutes. It beats a penile orgasm anyday! I did find from reading here that if you leave the penis alone and don't mastrabate that it starts the rewiring effect.

Congratulations, it certainly sounds like a super-O experience to me.

As far as the “rewiring” goes, you’ve already been doing that from your beginning use of the Aneros.
