Thinking About Purchasing the Vice

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum but not to anal play. I found this site a few weeks ago and have been reading with great interest. I am thinking about purchasing the Vice. I would greatly appreciate anyone who uses the Vice to let me know how quiet it is. Can it be heard from other rooms in the house? I live with other people and wouldn't want anyone else to be able to hear it while it is in use.

I have used vibrators and have one that is very quiet and has multiple vibrations and most importantly can only be heard by me. I like the vibrations because it helps me relax my anal muscles and my whole body during use. The Vice should do the same for me given that it also uses multiple vibrations. I just need to be sure that it is quiet enough. The problem with the vibrator is that it is not shaped correctly for prostate stimulation and does not insert far enough to reach my prostate.

I also would like to know how long this will run on a battery. The specs say up to 10 hours which to me can mean anything. How many hours of battery use can I expect to get on average. I've always used USB rechargeable vibrators and have no clue on how long a battery operated one will last.

Thanks in advance to those who answer my questions. It is greatly appreciated!

If you want a quiet vibe try the L'amourose Rosa. Its curved and has amazing deep rumbly vibrations even on the lowest settings.
(I know this doesnt answer your question, but its something right)

It is not super loud. I have heard much louder vibes. Depends on the setting choice as well. The batteries last a while however I find a strong battery produces the most powerful vibrations and since most sessions can last up to an hour, I change it every third session or so. Another good thing is it uses a AAA battery which is common. I have purchased others that use rare & expensive batteries. Good luck.

@praticeanal Hi sorry I am writing months after you made this thread, but I just got a Vice in the last week and wanted to tell you to definitely get one if you're still waiting or on the fence!! Very quiet vibrator. When its in the Vice, you can hardly hear it. When it's inside me, I can barely make it out. The vibe settings are perfect too. I usually never ever use vibrators in my ass as they deaden my nerves and things feel numb after a few minutes. The Vice is the total opposite. The vibrations got better as time passed and it made me have more and more Os the further I went!

Oh, and the Vice instructions say "8 hours on one battery" so that is probably right. I only had the vibe on for maybe 15 minutes (I use more than one toy a session and 15 minutes is about my topped-out time limit to get the max out of any given toy) so if you don't use the Vice as your only toy, or can't handle the vibrations too long, you'll probably be doing great with a pack of AAA batteries and a few months I think!

I slept on the Vice for years because it is expensive and also has a vibe in it. I was a fool to believe both of those were problems or issues. It is just crazy that the Vice is as good as it is. I never read about it on the forum. I'm about to change that!!!

I just ordered the Progasm and Vice two days ago and, as soon as I get them and get them inside me, I will let everyone know my assessment.
