The urge to pee

You can always pee with the aneros in you.

I have had to pee in the middle of sessions a couple times already. If you’re laying there for a long enough time, it’s pretty likely to happen. But like brucemarkland said, you can pee with the Aneros in, so just take a quick break to take care of it and get back to it.

Or, you could cultivate a urine retention fetish. Then having a full bladder would be a bonus! :p

I also have to pee fairly often in the middle of my sessions. I have found it difficult (okay, impossible) to go with the aneros inserted, but if other users don’t have an issue, I’ll have to give it another shot! Typically I pull it out, take a leak and then get back to business (will also take the opportunity to apply a little more lube) and it has not been a session killer for me. I find having the urge to pee is distracting so it’s better to just relieve myself and get back to the fun!!

I often have a pee feeling but I wonder if lately it's transformed into an itch like when you get close to having a traditional orgasm. Who knows. I certainly don't.
