First I considered a new bot request, when noticing your question, but bots don't join for four years, never mind.

As long as no human being has changed between genders like born the other way we won't get any answer.

Obviously women are able to orgasm again and again. On hegre a young woman lets us watch her putting stone by stone in a shallow bowl with every orgasm she just goes through. I don't remember the number, but it's been a lot and seemingly powerful as her breath, moanings and spasms could tell.

No way to know for sure. I believe that male non-ejaculatory orgasms can be as strong as female orgasms. I can only compare my pleasure to that of women I’ve been with and in pornography I’ve seen, and maximum pleasure for minutes at a time seems like a possibility for all the sexes. 

My 2 cents as I have recreantly unlocked the prostate. Its a matter of perspective. Every session I have is different and for me there a multiple types of Os and there is no comparing O's even if you stay within the gender. I have had some where I balled up and cried and can't remember where I am(Theses are the best but for me requires the prostate to be super sensitive). I have some where it just explodes and have to grip tight onto something just to hang on. I just got a Eurpho and I stayed at the point of O(On the wave not over the edge) for a good 5-10 minutes. What matters in the end is did you enjoy your time? I think this is also key to unlocking your prostate. I find if I go into a session with a particular mindset on out come I am not satisfied in the end
