i am not pleased that they will not be sending the info that promise to send "within a week" on the Slightest Touch site. If you ask me, that is bullshit. What exactly is the problem with providing this information? It will only serve to inform people on how to use their product which will give them a boost. Not doing so undermines their credibility.

i have been promoting their product for years. long ago i had some excellent phone conversations with one of the inventors. based on this trickery on their site, i am not sure who owns the site now, and cannot vouch for them

meanwhile, does anybody have a copy of this document?

I just ordered one on April 17, 2010.

Will report back in when the device comes, and will later give my own evidence on whether it works.

If there is such a thing, and it works as advertised, it is worth at least the $100.

They (the ST company) have a coupon now to click for $10 charge of shipping to be waved.

Now they are promising to mail the devices out within 2 days of receipt of order. We'll see

I found the Aneros, Slightest Touch and the Super O guide on another site. Can you suggest how many extra electrode pads we should have on hand. I know it comes with two that can cut down to use behind the knees. Do we need to order extra sets in case we need to cut for the perineum, the lower back or for the Super T?

The instruction in the guide states:

While you contract be sure to breathe in (expanding into your lower abdomen). Be
aware of any or all sensations that may present themselves. Start with a set of 10 to 12
PC contractions of low intensity holding each for 30 to 45 seconds. As you hold the
contractions, your lower abdomen should be expanded with air
. Avoid a complete
release of the contraction instead going back to basal or very low level contraction. (In
general always be aware of the sensations generated from the contraction and the
release as well.)

Does this apply when using the Aneros alone?? I do not remember seeing this before in the WIKI.

Thanks

Bama,

It's always nice to have several extra sets of pads, particularly if you're going to be cutting/modifying them (in case of a mishap). In addition to that the adhesive on the pads gets worn out over time. This is the reason for the recommendation that you clean your skin thoroughly prior to starting a Slightest Touch session. Accumulated oil on the skin can prematurely age the pads.

With regard to the concept of holding a contraction with an expanded lower abdomen, this was a suggestion, no hard and fast rule and yes it can apply to using the Aneros alone as well. Give it a shot and see how it works for you!

My Slightest Touch arrived today as promised. Everything checked out all right. I got 4 pads (smaller than the guide described, so I only made two perineum pads). Will let everyone know how it works out when I try it out. I went and got some extra batteries and electrolyte sports drink so I am ready. LOL I am hoping since I am so close to the big one, this will put me over the edge.....but one thing I have learned :

The KEY is to relax, breath and go with the flow.

Yesterday was my first session using the Slightest Touch with the Aneros. It was more a learning session than a real good Aneros one. I did not feel anything different, but I figured it would take several sessions to find out any real benefits. I felt like a stereo, (looked like one too) with the wires running to the pads hooked up to behind my knees as I always use a MP3 with headphones for my meditation music. So I had to be careful of wires.

I did drink plenty of sports drink, 20 minutes prior to hooking up, and the unit itself is very easy to use. I ordered 40 more pads from Amazon to try different configurations and really give it a test run.

One odd effect is that I normally have very painful neck muscles in the morning, and this morning I had none.

The KEY is to relax, breath and go with the flow.

in my experience, the sports drinks are not that important. as long as you are not dehydrated you should be fine.

but, the pads are. are you using the same brand and model pads that came with the unit? i know that they did a bunch of research on pads to find those models.

the location i found best is described in the .pdf (thanks b mayfield!), and is the small of the back with the full round pads.

but, even with the knees, you should be able to (slowly!) adjust the dial on the ST so that you feel tingling. if you can't feel that then something is wrong.

if you can, then dial it back a ways from that point, so that you definitely feel NO tingling. then if you just relax and breath, after about 20 minutes you should feel what is often described as "pulling" towards pleasure.

unlike the aneros, you should definitely feel something even the first time w/ the ST. for me the best setting is very close to the off position, like a quarter of a turn towards on.

I am learning that the lower the setting, the better it felt. Today, I just tried the ST alone for awhile and it felt like a mild push-pulling in the pelvic region. Over all I felt alot more than I did the last time. I think I was overpowering it.

As far as the pads, the ones that came with the unit, are now alot smaller than the one in the Aneros, Slightest Touch and the Super O guide (only 1 1/2 inches across). I did cut two down for the perineum and other areas. What I have ordered from Amazon are 2 inch diameter pads. I have tried behind knees, one on back and knees and one on knees and perineum. I have not tried the Super T set up.

Here are the pads I ordered:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001TZJYXE/ref=oss_product

Are you saying the back is the better place than the knees? I open to learning any information on the ST and how to get the most out of it. Do I need to cut the 2 inch down or use them as is?

And one last question?? I know you hook up and relax/buildup/visualize for 10 - 20 minutes, then insert Aneros. Do you need to relax again and allow body to adjust to Aneros or just go for it. When I use the Aneros only, I was going into a very deep self-hypnotic relaxation state after I inserted for about an hour.

Overall I think the ST is a good investment if you are open to trying new things.....

Bama, did you read this .pdf that I posted earlier?

It answers a lot of questions.

Cockadoodle,

Yes I have a copy of the guide. It has excellent information. The only question I had was on the pads. The ones that came with the unit are smaller in diameter than than the ones described in the guide. Would I need to modify them??
