I'm sure you will get different opinions on this, but for me, the sensation will grow and grow and it only means that I have to pee really bad. Sometimes, I will pee 2 or 3 times during a session. Very annoying, but something about the aneros stimulates my bladder to fill quickly

How interesting, so you actually have to pee rather than it just feeling like it? As far as anecdotes go, some people report the urge to pee also being pleasurable, and even leads to cumming in extreme cases. (Albeit probably not with the Aneros)

Nobody mentioned anything about age! At my age (66) I don't empty my bladder completely the first time! Could that be it?
