currently lm feeling lm still in the learning phase, but l am feeling that lm progressing, there is one thing that l still am not sure about..

the need to pee issue, when l give into it l do pee, sometimes a reasonable amount.. l have found its consistency somewhat different to usual pee as well, its hard to explain. but the one thing lve been wondering is if l should ride out the feeling but let go rather than when l start feeling like going and trying to hold it. basically lm looking for a better explanation from someone who has passed this stage.

People talk about the need to pee as some kind of phantom sensation, but I'm like you, in that every time it is the need to pee. I've tried following it many times, but ultimately it ends with me letting a small amount of pee out, before it turns into a full stream.
The first few dribbles do have a slick quality, as if there's a lot of precum there, but my guess is that the pee is just pushing out precum that is already in the pipes.
My go-to solution is to actually get up and empty my bladder. I've written off that need to pee sensation as a distraction that leads nowhere.

Many newbies have noted the "need to pee" sensation upon insertion of their Aneros devices. This makes perfect sense when you understand the basic physiology of your bladder and prostate. Both the bladder and the prostate are enveloped in a network of nerves which are highly sensitive to pressure, both internal and external pressures. It is those nerve impulses from your bladder that tell your brain when it is time for you to empty that reservoir. A filling bladder pressurizes not only itself but also exerts pressure on the prostate and its enveloping rete of nerves. These are the same nerves as are stimulated by your Aneros massager, as long as that pressure remains constant you will continue to have urinary urgency, especially when using your Aneros, this is totally normal. Part of the rewiring in your Aneros journey is learning to eroticize these sensations and get your brain to interpret them as pleasurable. However, these similar sensations create a dilemma for users, how can one relax into the pleasant sensations whilst holding tension trying to hold back the flow of urine. Feeling comfortable that you are not going to lose urinary control while you drop into a relaxed orgasmic state is important, if you feel uncomfortable (for any reason) then stopping your session is the best action. The solution to this dilemma is actually pretty straight forward, just make sure your bladder is empty during your Anerosession, that way you can train your brain to eroticize these sensations, further increasing your pleasure. I recommend avoid drinking any fluids for at least an hour before and then completely voiding your bladder immediately prior to beginning your Anerosession. Providing yourself with towels to lay upon and have handy is also recommended. Taking those simple precautions will enable you to relax into the nerve stimulation being provided by your Aneros without worrying about accidently urinating. It is important to allow yourself sufficient time for your body to build into the orgasmic zone. Having to stop before getting to that euphoric state is frustrating so try to eliminate the worry and distractions but if you actually have to...

My go-to solution is to actually get up and empty my bladder.

True, painful, urinary urgency can not be ignored and the body will seek to relieve itself, involuntarily if necessary. BDSM aficionados may derive a little pleasure from this type of pain but most of us will find this a session killer. Good Vibes to You !

the thing is l do void the bladder, yet on some sessions it just sort of fills up again to the point that it becomes very useful for me to have something close by to go into, despite the fact l went into the session empty.

@Timelesspa,
OK, I understand you do void the bladder prior to the session but if you drank any fluids in the couple of hours before the session those will be working through your system refilling your bladder just about the time you are fully relaxed and entering the O-zone. It is these fluids which then cause the problem. By avoiding drinks for a couple of hours prior to your session and voiding your bladder immediately prior to the session, your bladder won't be refilling, this should resolve the problem. Good Vibes to You !

I wouldn't stress about it, jusy empty your bladder before your session and keep a medium size bowl next to you, thats what i would do in my early sessions and would just be ready for it, not stressing at all keeping the arousal state high, let it go and keep on rolling, niiice!
