Great post! I've noticed the importance of controlled, deep, slow breathing to get the sensations started but as you say, when things start getting intense I often forget to breathe and tense my whole body up. What I didn't realize was that it was okay to increase the rate of breathing in order to push the sensations faster - this might just be the last remaining piece of the puzzle to get me past the edge where I'm at now. Thanks very much bigguy, I always get a charge out of reading your blog.

Thanks Tairy!!!! One thing I didnt mention is that when you are drifting fron wave peak to wave peak, there are lulls. Or sometimes as you are v-breathing the orgasm seems to fade. I have discovered that if I keep deep breathing through the lulls it catches them and keeps them from bottoming out. My advice to anyone is that when a lull happens don't stop breathing ...it is a delayed reaction. Breathing thru a lull will usually save the orgasm and amplify it a few seconds later.

Maintaining control as orgasm sets in is a real problem. When the orgasm reaches its crescendo all muscles in your body (including your diaghram) freeze or you tend to clench them.. Experiencing an intense orgasm and breathing is hard!!!!!!!!

Nice thread bigguy! And perhaps one of the most important reads for men just starting on the path to MMOs.

Having started my Aneros journey deeply wired into ejaculatory orgasm I had a difficult time relaxing, continuing to breath, accepting, and just falling onto / into each wave.

This issue grew from years (no, decades) of ceasing to breath at the leading edge of orgasm to force the very maximum sensation out of ejaculation. "Unlearning" that habit was tough !

This is a huge problem for me. During a dry-o, my whole body seizes up and I can't breath. It seems like I have to breath to prevent the dry-o's hoping there is somthing else beyond.

Its a tough think to do.... continue breathing in a super o. When pleasurable sensation is extremely intense our natural tendency is to hold our breath. Its a normal reaction. In the sessions I have had recently I have been experimenting with different breathing patterns and practices. It has been fascinating. Leaving spaces between gasping fast breaths, deep belly breathing, slow deep breaths, quick shallow breaths .... all cause different orgasmic reactions. It is amazing to me that my prostate seems to be paying attention to my lungs as if waiting for directions what to do!!!!!!

I've found that I can move the pressure point of the Aneros around with the deepness of my breathing. When I find that magic spot, I can also vary the degree of stimulation by taking slow, deep breaths or shallow, fast breaths. That is, while I can breath...

Have been away for a while ....ever since the problems withthe form. Glad to see it is back up and running. The last few months have demonstrated even more clearly to me the importance of breathing. Like Xileh I have been able to modulate my orgasmic response by how I breathe. The magic triad for me remains: breathing, nip stim and erotic visualization. With those three tools I am guaranteed a long night of pleasure.

"In my journey I have learned that MMO happens faster, easier and more intensely if experienced within 12 hours of an ejaculation. "

Interesting. Seem to recall a few sources saying that G-spot massage (or Aneros, at least) should ideally be held off until 24 hours after ejaculating. He might mean MMO as a whole though.

Saying that, right now there is an odd buzz I'm getting 24.7 where I'm just in a constant horny state - funnily enough, breathing really amplifies it, especially when focusing on casually expanding the diaphragm.
It may just be an arousal 'high' one gets a couple of days into abstaining.

Dark Engine,

Note the choice of words...." In my journey...". Remember that each man's journey is his own. Indeed there are many sources that have described just the opposite, i.e. abstaining prior to one's sessions. From your description, it sounds as if you may be responsive to this method. But you must explore all the possibilities and see what works best for you.

Breathing is without a doubt, one of the key factors in any successful Super O session or MMO practice. It is one of the principle ways in which we can generate, support and eventually come to manipulate arousal.

It has been interesting how my body has become wired to respond to various inputs. Like DarkEngine, regular, deep breathing will trigger p-waves. Rolling onto my back (my favored session position) while sleeping will trigger them to the point of waking up. A stray erotic thought sets everything in motion too. A few days without a session really increases my sensitivity to the point of constant p-waves. Even after 11 months it doesn't seem to be letting up. Damn, I can't even lay down to read a book without horny reminders!

P-waves to everyone!

try this: breathe in through the nose slowly and relaxed. out through the mouth and a slight squeeze on the pc muscles. amplifies things quite nicely and keeps the mind focused on "nothingness"

Neuro
A million thanks to you for being a methods man. We see all these post on this website about all these men off the charts with descriptive terms of their erotic experiences.
But few are able to give practical methodology on the how to's get this rolling. Cave of Mystery, slimjm, starr831 and a few others here are helpful with methodology. But all these guys describing thier super Os without attention to how they got there specifically is very frustrating to those of us slow learners.
Keep posting, Neuro and others who genuinely have a teaching heart for guys wanting to get this

Thanks turnrow, I appreciate it. Hope it offered you a starting point. By no means do you have to follow it strictly, but yeah I think my coaching background comes out a bit and I agree that while reading about other super-o experiences is nice, it does not always offer practical advice.

For me, I have had recent success with the relaxed "in through the nose, out through the mouth" method. I focus the breath deep into my abdomen and pelvic floor. On the exhale I occasionally push out on the pc/bc muscles or slight squeeze in. I think you can choose any breathing pattern you want, but it helps the mind relax and almost "self-hypnotise" the body into erotic trance where the subconscious can take over and do it's thing.

@Tilltin - no complaining! It's really quite fascinating, I do like to sleep though.
@Neuro - I tried your breathing suggestion with good results, thanks for sharing!
