Hey All,
I have been using the Helix Syn for about a year now and I love it. I have had some great sessions with it. No Super O though. Lately while using it (laying down, feet flat, knees bent) my calves tighten and get really really tense and it throws me off. I get amazing tingly feelings and sometimes great p waves but I can not seem to relax my legs. I have tried on my side and it helps my legs but does not get me even close to the feeling I get while laying on my back. IDK if any one else has had this issue before and can offer some guidance to help me loosen up my legs so I can start to get the shakes you lucky guys get. IDK if it matters but I am 25 year old. Thanks for the help!

This is probably too obvious but do you have any problem with dehydration? I remember that sore calf muscles can be a tell-tale sign. Just a thought....

I would suggest splaying your legs and resting them on pillows.

@demon213 if you have low blood pressure, you will feel tingling in your legs as not enough blood gets pumped in there. I have low blood pressure and this does happen to me. While in your favorite position, try pushing your feet away from your bum a little so your knees are not quite as bent. This does help circulation for me. To compensate for less pressure on your prostate, squeeze your ass cheeks together a bit. Good luck and keep us posted..

Hey everyone, Thanks for the help!
I posted the same thing at this link https://www.reddit.com/r/aneros/comments/4t9umk/tense_muscles/
I found that doing what that poster suggested really helped. I sprawled me legs out a bit more and then about an hour in to the session I did what GGringo stated and made my knees not as bent. Well wow... I started getting some great pwaves I felt my hips and legs pretty much gyrating. I do the do nothing tech and really enjoy it. While I have you guys here... I always here about how you have to relax and not think about the super o but when I start to get hard and feel the pre cum dripping out and my whole body tingling.... HOW DO YOU NOT THINK ABOUT THE SUPER O?!?!? lol. Once again thank you all for the help
