I'm wondering if anyone else begins to lose the "peak effects" of having the Aneros inserted once it reaches body temperature. I feel like the first insertion, when the device is at room temperature, ramps up my arousal and response. But after an hour, it seems to have lost its magic, as if the Aneros has become an ordinary part of my body that's always been there.

As mentioned by @braveneworld, the best conditions for you to experience Prostate orgasms often includes the state where the presence of the aneros is comfortable and not as noticeable as the sensations it helps to tease out of your Prostate! Check out the Getting Started section of the Wiki and scroll down to the Milestones list and you'll see how your awareness of the aneros evolves with time and patience!
