I am trying to understand this, please help me out... What are the technique differences between the apparent "super orgasm" achieval, and the technique used to simply milk the prostate without orgasm?

Everyone here is familiar with the idea of anal orgasms and having orgasms without ejaculation. There is plenty of information on how to accomplish this. I was wondering though, a lot of people who are interested in certain fetishes (chastity, denial) practice "prostate milking". I understand that both involve stimulation of the prostate, but both have such drastic differences, and I don't understand the technique difference to achieve the desired effect, and why you'll get one effect over the other when you do a certain thing... do you all know what I mean? It's a hard question to phrase.

Essentially, I want to know that, if I do one thing, I'll have orgasms without ejaculation and capability of subsequent penile orgasm (ie. super orgasm), whereas if I do another technique, I'll have an emptying of the prostate but with no orgasm, and subsequently an incapability of penile orgasm (ie. milking, a frustration and denial technique). The two both involve stimulating the prostate, and I just dont understand how to invariably achieve one as opposed to the other. Please help =)

Dark,

Differentiating between these two concepts is all about what one's ultimate goal is. Milking is more or less concerned with expressing fluid from the prostate for its therapeutic value or perhaps for fetishism.

The Super O by contrast, is a non ejaculatory orgasmic event. The Super O may be brought about by prostate massage, and as a part of that process there MAY be some fluid that is released, but this is not the goal. The goal is orgasmic rapture!

In general terms prostate milking involves more vigorous massage than is provided by the Aneros.

ooh okay, so i guess i understand then... if someone massages the prostate vigorously for long enough, fingers or aneros, it will invariably empty itself of it's fluids... but that will not produce super orgasm, but may result in some pleasureably sensation... whereas the aneros and the super orgasm are less concerned with vigorous massage, more concerned with constant pressure and friction from involuntary reflexes against the prostate for much more prolonged time, with a specific mindset and positions and stuff like that. ergo:

if one wanted to achieve milking, they would simply massage the prostate with a finger or other insertable until liquid was discharged, which invariably occurs before any anal orgasmic buildup-

if one wanted to achieve the orgasms, they would insert specifically the aneros, and follow the instructions, which may have a milking side effect due to involountary massage, but the real thing is in the involountary reflexes and motion of the aneros including the perenium..

conclusion being, super orgasm is not something one will achieve merely with a finger, and converseley complete milking (only partial, as a side effect) will not be achieved with the aneros (unless it is outwardly manipulated in ways contrary to the super orgasm instructions).

Am i mostly correct in drawing these conclusions? Barring that the super orgasm is a much more complicated feat to achieve with much more elaborate steps/conditions than what i described... but, overall?

Mostly correct...yes. Although I would add that once one becomes more accustomed to this Super O phenomena (or tuned in as we sometimes say), it is possible in some instances to initiate this response without the Aneros, and with very little anal or prostatic stimulation. To be sure, this is more of an advanced user technique.....but it is possible.

I would also like to say that as I use the Aneros more, and have success in getting waves of pleasure (I guess what we are calling the orgasm) I am having much less fluid drip out of my penis.

With the precum (Cowpers fluid)...I've had the same experience as well. Producing copious amounts of this fluid is in no way a prerequisite for the Super O.

Hey,...it's just like the ladies.....some ladies drip with lubrication (Ohhhhhhh :),...other don't. All are capable of orgasms.

Hello everybody.
Thought I would give you my insight on the prostate orgasm.
Being a TS woman my orgasms are very intense and long lasting.
and goes way beyond prostate milking.
I have orgasms from having intercourse, and now more than ever I am very multi orgasmic. When I have had so many one right after another for like 10 minutes straight and damn near passed out.
Not only that but when I do have them its like opening the flood gates I get much wetter than a gender girl, and gonna make a very BIG wet pot for someone to sleep in LOL... LOVE is sleeping there right??
Anyway if you guys get there you will love it. Its so hard to descirbe but for me now. every orgasm is the ultimate!!!!!

So Brittany,

You say that you're a transexual, do you still have a prostate? If so, where does it empty into at this point...your vagina?

Curious

You might want to look at some fetish websites and read how they define milking the prostate. WWW.bearkink.net comes to mind....
