I just received the helix today. I lubed my ass and the device really well. I relaxed and started doing the contractions. A lot of precum dripped out of my cock but I am not getting the great sensations that everyone talks about. In fact it really isn't giving me any sensations at all. Does anyone have any suggestions??

I would suggest you just accept the good that you have gotten so far, and build on it. Try doing nothing, except trying to keep as still as possible with every muscle in your body relaxed. Try it in the kneeling position. Concentrate on accepting the Aneros into yourself. It took me several weeks before I really started taking off with my MGX.

The most important thing about the Aneros is that you don't do it, your body does. So when its ready, your body will give you the pleasure you seek. There's a time period during which your body needs to learn how to interpret the signals caused by the presence of the Aneros in your behind. This is the so-called rewiring that many others have mentioned. It takes time!

Also, you can't force the sensations. It doesnt give instant gratification, or if you do it harder it doesnt feel better. In the case of Aneros, more (force) does not result in better. In any case, the Aneros is a very passive experience, or rather, your conscious self is along for the ride, but the real participants are your body and your pleasure senses.

If this sounds vague, I'm sorry. What I'm trying to convey is that (a) you can't force the experience to happen immediately (no instant gratification) and (b) that when it happens, it happens because of your body, not anything you actively do or don't do. There *are* things that you can do to help things happen (a little) faster, like relax, become very passive, and lower your expectations.
