So, I think I may have had my first super o. Basically, it was like a super intense orgasm, but with no ejaculate. From what I've been reading that's what i was looking for. I had a lot of precum, > a tsp for sure, as in leave a puddle on the towel. LOL. When I finally went over the edge, my Progasm went flying out of my, umm, cavity. Is this normal? What can I do to avoid this?

It sure sounds like you experienced a dry orgasm of some sort. Congratulations! 😀 Have a look in the Aneros WIKI glossery for definition of mini-O, dry-O, and super-O.
When I finally went over the edge, my Progasm went flying out of my, umm, cavity. Is this normal? What can I do to avoid this?
This just means your rectal muscles clamped down on your Aneros during the orgasm forcing it out. Learn to completely relax your body during the orgasm and you won't have this issue.
