Ive managed to get to the point where I can have full body orgasms whenever I use my aneros. I insert the progasm jnr, lie on my side breathing in and out for a few minutes and then the involuntaries begin on their own. I swear my stomach muscles contract and then its all over - I have had sessions recently wear I have been thrashing wildly within a couple of minutes of inserting the aneros. If I lay on my back and kegel hard when an ivluntary hits Ive almost been lifted off the bed, both my legs shooting into the air and my body up to my upper back being lifted off the bed. These are really intense feelings that I never believed it was possible to have. I have some control over it too. If I hold the invol after it hits can extend how long I thrash about and if I let go of it I can stop it untill the next invol hits.

What I would like to know is this - is this the super o? It certainly sounds like a FBO to me but its hard for me to believe that there is anything beyond this.

I also feel lucky that my sessions are always productive. I gave up trying to classify the orgasms. They are great and if something even better awaits, what a deal!

martin1985,

Each man has to make the determination of a Super-O on his own, none of us can say for certain that you did or didn't have a Super-O, only you can say. But if you read the definition of the Super-O in the Aneros WIKI, I think you'll pretty quickly see that what you are describing fits the criteria established in that definition. I think the very first sentence of the definition establishes the first basic parameter - "Super-O is an abbreviation of "super orgasm," a term coined by Aneros user Brian Mayfield for an orgasm that steps out of the normal frame of reference." Is what you experience with your Aneros outside the normal frame of reference for orgasms prior to Aneros use? The second sentence establishes the second parameter - "A Super-O is an overwhelmingly strong non-ejaculatory orgasm...", did/do you ejaculate ?

All the other descriptions are aspects of the event which one may (or may not) experience as well. You may experience some of them, you may also experience sensations not described as well. Finally, the range of these orgasm can be quite wide - "The duration of the Super-O may be several seconds to minutes longer than a traditional orgasm (particularly when multiples are involved). Super-O's come in all shapes and sizes. Some are small, some are large, some are single, some are multiple, some are centered in one area while others are in another. Some are particularly intense, while others are more subdued. Generally the experience is one of a surging pleasure wave that leaves one in a blissful yet energized state. The Super-O is very personal and different for each individual."

I think it is important to avoid being overly concerned with specific descriptions or comparing your experience to others. Give yourself credit for reaching a level of orgasm only a few other men in this world will ever achieve, the Super-O. For another discussion on what are noteworthy aspects of the Super-O please read 'Buster's thread What exactly is a Super-O.

Good Vibes to You !

You are spot on. I am not the least bit concerned about defining or classifying. I am enjoying, and very fortunate to be able to take such pleasure virtually at will.
