I had a two hour session last night with my aneros during which I had a rock hard erection the whole time. I produced a lot of precum and had several dry orgasms but coming up to the end of the session (following the final orgasm) I stopped producing precum (I would say that I continued the session for about 20 minutes after the final orgasm) and my erection disappeared and I was unable to regain it.
Do you think I over did it in terms of how long I continued the session for? Im a relative begginner to this and the longest session I had had up untill last night was probably just over an hour. Are there any general guidelines for how long users at different levels of experience continue the sessions for. Its made me wonder whether it happened because I had completely milked myself dry within two hours and Ive read on here that some users havent had a super o until three hours into a session.
Hi @martin1985,
Congratulations on getting a rockhard erection and then experiencing some dry orgasms in your two-hour Aneros session last night! Can you tell us what Aneros model you used?
The Aneros wiki suggests that beginners with the Aneros have 60 to 90 minute sessions. I have been using the Aneros for close a year now. I was like you. In the beginning, I had close to two-hour sessions. The Aneros wiki also says that more experienced users may require or want longer sessions. Now I average about three hours for a session.
However there is a rule of thumb which I have used for bringing a session to an end. If I experience fatigue in a session or pain, I bring a session to a close. But that hasn't happened in a very long time. Mostly all my sessions with the Aneros have produced tons of pleasure for me!
Good luck with your Anerosing!

its really up to you. Most people shoot for at least an hour and go from there. I personally shoot for 2 hours, usually after that i can no longer maintain interest or arousal.
