I been suffering from weak orgasms for about 5 years now. I don't know what's the cause of it. It started when I noticed my bladder couldn't fully empty and I kept urinating frequently and then I was figured out it was an infection of the prostate. Ever since then, I been having weak orgasms and weak contractions during the orgasm. Like the contractions wouldn't be as strong as before and it wouldn't leave me feeling satisfied. On top of that, I also have premature ejaculation. I don't know what's wrong with me. Is it because of my prostate or is it a weak PC muscle? Or both?
What is responsible for the pleasurable contractions during orgasm? Which is responsible for the good feeling during orgasm? Is it the PC muscle or the prostate? Trying to figure this out. Do you think the Aneros device can help with this? If it is prostatitis that is causing weak orgasms, do you think using the Aneros to massage the prostate would help bring back my strong orgasms by keeping the prostate healthy? Really desperate for a solution here.
onepunchman,
There is no simple answer to your questions regarding the components of orgasm. Age, health, diet, medications, mental state, etc. all contribute to one's ability to have satisfying orgasms. However, you did mention that you had frequent urination and an inability to fully empty your bladder. These are symptoms often associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). FYI, the Aneros® line of prostate massagers, (see ANEROS is born), are owned and manufactured by High Island Health LLC (the parent company). A few of the Aneros products are identical to the the Pro-State ® line of massagers on the High Island Health website. The HIH website is primarily oriented toward the health aspects and benefits of prostate massage in accord with Oriental medicine for prostate related issues. I encourage you to check out that site to learn more about the health benefits. You may also be interested in reading about the ongoing Columbia Medical School study using the Pro-State massagers. The High Island Health website also contains testimonials from users regarding their experiences using these wonderful little massagers. That website also provides links to additional information on prostate health, the Aneros® website, by contrast, is oriented toward the sensual, pleasure aspects of prostate massage.
That being said, it certainly is possible Aneros use will improve the quality of your orgasms but the only way to know for sure is to purchase a model and start practicing. Do not expect immediate results or improvement, however, as this is a slow and gentle path to prostate health, patience is required but diligence will be rewarded with a healthier prostate.
Good Vibes to You!

I came across Aneros when I had Ejaculation stress. I also had a wee retention problem. The Aneros SGX was my lifesaver. It somehow reduced the ejaculation stress and my heart settled down. I have since found that the larger ones seem to 'soften' the prostate which allows for easy wee. I don't now live in fear of having to have toilet access. I would certainly purchase a smaller one to start with. It takes a bit of getting used to. Then see where that takes you. You don't give your age. That would be helpful in answering your questions. Also do you take something like viagra. Do note rumel's post.

What is ejaculation stress? I'm 24 years old and I don't take viagra.
Oops, too young for viagra. I would get a medical check up.
I don't know anything about the medical side of things. But I did have weak orgasms. The intensity slowly tapered-off over the years, and I never really noticed it.
I think I had already separated ejaculation from orgasm, but it was the ejaculation side I was stuck on, and the orgasm part was something missing, and long forgotten.
My thinking was always to rush to ejaculation and the orgasm will take care of itself. Which worked when I was a teenager, but turned out to be a mistake, since I got too good at reaching ejaculation, and never learned how to cultivate the orgasm. It was like I grew out of touch with the ability to orgasm - so slowly that I never even realized it was mostly gone.
I don't know if this counts as premature ejaculation, since it was ejaculation I was trying to achieve the whole time.
Out of boredom I started exploring new techniques, which included not touching my penis at all. That's when I was forced to abandon my old routines, and connect with something else entirely.
An orgasmic electricity that wasn't controlled by how fast I rubbed my penis or what porn I had on. Instead it was governed by some other internal state, like an internal eye that I could use to look around and see sensations. And what ever I looked at, grew. I experienced orgasmic pleasure without having to rub anything, look at anything, or even move. It was like a whole other system that had been sitting in the background all along, and I discovered I could use it directly. Not just hoping it would kick in once I rubbed my dick long enough.
It was as freakish and unheard-of to me as being able to produce extra sweat on command. And for a while, I thought I was the only one in the world who was actually doing this. Google searches routinely came up short. Until I found one or two posts, and eventually the KSMO and Aneros forums, which I read for a while before deciding to try anal/prostate stimulation.
So to answer your questions... I don't think it's hard contractions of anything that's responsible for orgasm (at least not in isolation), it's in your brain and whole nervous system. I've had eye-rolling orgasms where nothing was contracting, and had hard contractions without any pleasure. When the two combine forces it's great, but I 100% believe they're not inextricably linked (That hard contractions necessarily produce hard orgasms, or that hard orgasms produce hard contractions.)
The great thing about the aneros is that it's used without touching your dick. All the old cues and expectations can take a back seat, rushing to ejaculation isn't possible, it's just you and this internal, sensory awareness alone together, trying to negotiate pleasure. It's like finding out the penis you've been buying your orgasms from all these years was just a middle-man, and you've found his supplier. He doesn't speak the same language as Dick, but he provides the good stuff if you try long enough, and when you look back you realize Dick was ripping you off and stepping on the product.
I've read numerous times on the forum, people talking about it feeling like they're a teenager again just discovering masturbation. And I have to agree. In the years since I first started masturbating, there were never any new moments of "Holy shit, what the fuck was that?". Not until I'd started exploring the internal side of things and going straight to the source.
