Straight male, only interested in using Aneros when on my Adderall prescription.

That makes me really want to take Adderall and try it with my toys... From my experience with it, the few times i used it for tests in school years ago (pre aneros), I got really horny. Fortunately the tests were in separate rooms (composition tests everyone got their own space with piano), because I got raging boners throughout the day, which is something that never happens to me unaroused. Heightened sexuality is a more rare side effect of aderral according to Dr. Internet. I used to have that butt-play craving when I was really drunk, though I don’t drink anymore, and that was pre aneros as well. Maybe aderall is messing with your overall libido to the point where it is lowered when not on the drug? Low libido is also a side effect of the drug. Again, according to Internet, MD... and regular use of any drug can really change your system.

Can you afford psychologically to not be on aderall for a couple months or more, to see how your libido changes? Of course, after talking it over with your psychiatrist (“butt-play” can easily be replaced with “libido” in that conversation).

My libido is definitely lower without it but I've gone weeks without Adderall and been so horny that I couldn't even function at work because I couldn't think of anything else but sex.  And even then I crave a traditional penile orgasm and rarely if ever have the patience or want to take the time for an Aneros session.  But on Adderall, it's the complete opposite.  

It most definitely is messing with my over all libido and general enjoyment of things which is why I limit it to twice a week.  When my brain is constantly pumped full of dopamine from this drug and then you stop taking it, your reward system in your brain is used to that level of dopamine so regular hobbies and things you used to enjoy stop bringing you joy.  It's a difficult balance to maintain.

It's like my brain is rewired 100% when I'm on Adderall but only 50% when I'm not on it.  Because I still get the prostate buzz when I'm out and about not on any meds and I see a cute girl.  95% of my Aneros sessions are on Adderall.  I think I just need to force myself to do more non medicated sessions and maybe incorporate weed.

I'm on Concerta. Things are certainly easier to focus on when I'm on it. Off of it I'm looking for some kind of stimuli, the more intense the better. 

Wonder if when on the Adderall you just focus better and can take the time and have the patience for an Aneros session, whereas, when NOT on Adderall you want the most intense, powerful thing as soon as possible.

You're right I think that is a huge part of it.  Though there is definitely more arousal towards butt play when on it vs off it.  Even my porn choices are different when on vs off.  But yeah like you said, patience and the want for instant gratification is for sure a huge factor.  It's very difficult for me to end a non-Adderall Aneros session without a regular wank.  But on Adderall, I don't even think about my penis.
