When the aneros is inserted, is it in contact with the prostate, or somewhere nearby.

When the aneros is inserted, is it in contact with the prostate, or somewhere nearby.
In contact with the anterior rectal wall which then presses against the prostate. Here's a link:

I guess I should have type 'should it be in contact'. the link seems to clear that up
