Starting out with mgx

Hi all i am a newbie to any kind of anal activity, had the MGX about 3 weeks now but only had about 4 sessions due to no privacy. First 3 times of use were not very sucessful to say the least, about 80 minute sessions & i did all the breathing and exercises that are required, plenty of pre cum unusual for me but it's good to know it's position is good. got the feeling to pee so i know it's sat in the right place, on the 4th time of using it was different again as usual all the pre cum and about 1 hour into the session the feelings were nice muscles started to quiver when holding the sphinster muscles & seemed to heat up in the pelvic area and then my legs and whole bottom half of my body started to twitch and shake with out any great sensations. it says to hold your sphinster muscles for a long as you can do you then release and then repeat this, i feel better now though because i think i'm a bit further on in my journey will keep you posted.
