Hi,

I have of yet only had sensations while sleeping, I wanted to share two specific experiences.

Twice have had extremelly powerful sensations in my spinal column each after a dream :

The first time I was dreaming I was getting massaged, and I started to feel at the same time the knuckles of the masseur applying a strong force to my vertebras.
He started between my shoulder plates and went down, massaging about 1 vertebrae out of three I estimate. It was extremely pleasurable, and it was getting stronger eatch time he went down to the next vertebra.
I remember thinking that I must concentrate not too wake up (I was half conscious) because it would end. But the sensation in the last vertebra near the small of the back was so powerful that i jerked awake. The sensation imediately disappeared.

The second time was stranger, someone was watching me sleep and I started to have this feeling of pressure on my vertebras (still 1 out of 3) as if knuckles where burying into them, but this time it was starting frome the small of the back and going up.
It was also much stronger than the last time to the point it was almost painfull and I felt no pleasure. After only a few vertebras, the sensation of pressure had become so intense that I forced myself to awaken (I have excellent control of my dreaming) because I feared it would become painfull.

I tried to reproduce the equivalent of pressure I had felt and I think I felt the equivalent of someone standing on my back as in those massages where the masseur is walking on the back of the client.

Has anyone had sensations this precise or this powerful while sleeping or awake in A-less ?

Has anyone had sensations like this in their spinal column more precisely ?
