Hi! I started praticing with Helix Syn about 2 weeks ago and have some questions. Need advice from more experienced users.

1. I have time for my sessions only before going to sleep. In most cases I fell asleep. Usually I wake up at 4-5 a.m., take Aneros out and continue to sleep. Does it affect rewiring process? Should I avoid and control it? In the beginning I felt a little discomfort in the morning that was completely off till mid-day. Recently I have no discomfort in the morning.

2. It's advisable to relax and take a deep breathe during first 10-15 min after inserting. In my first session I felt some urge to urinate and therefore didn't do anything for 20-30 min. But next times there was no such feel or discomfort after insertion so I start session just after insertion. As usual I try to make deep abdomenal breathing with some tension of my lower abdominal muscles andor PC muscles. It seems that deep breathing with abdomenal movement creates some light "pulsing" in the prostate. Keeping tension with PC andor abdominal musles helps to intensify them. Please advise should I nevertheless wait for 10-15 min before going to deep breathing or an proceed as it is? How are these light prostate pulsations called? Is it involuntaries?

3. General wisdom is that one should have a rest one day or two between sessions, for novices advised frequency is even less (1 or 2 sessions during a week). My limited experience is somewhat mixed. Usually I have sessions every day except 2 times where I had a pause for 1 day. First time when I made a pause for a day I get some new feeling during session. It was like low-energy electriity was going from my prostate to legs and belly. I was encouraged by these new feelings and decided that I need more pause between sessions. But next time I was a bit disappointed. Again after 1 day pause there was little feeling, actually they were less a week ago. So I decided to make next session the next day, without a break (it was yesterday). Feelings during this session became better, again I felt that "low-energy electricity waves" from prostate to my belly but they were more subtle than the first time. Please advise should I change my sessions frequency or daily sessions are ok in my case if there is no discomfort in the prostate in the morning of the next day? What are these "low-energy electriity" feelings? Are they a sort of involuntaries?

4. I'm aware about counter-productivity of orgasm expectations, but sometimes thoughts about orgasm arise during sessions. Actually it was very easy to control them in the early sessions. I try just to enjoy new feeling but sometimes thoughts like "how should I do to get even more better feelings? maybe orgasm is close?" are probably distractive- feelings become less intensive, they can aslo go away for some time. Maybe can somebody give an advise how to struggle with such cases?

5. Penile stimulation is a no-go during sessions. But what's about scrotum? Is it ok if a penis is pinched between one's legs during the sessions when lying on one's side?

6. Does changing regular sex frequency can help rewiring process? I'm 34 with good sex health, but my wife is pregnant now and birth is expected soon. Therefore we stopped our regular sex (though she gives me oral sex from time to time) so reducing the frequency of my ejaculations won't affect our sexual life much.

1: That's not a session, but a nap 😛
But I have that all the time, where I fall asleep during or after. It's not a big deal, it just fucks with your sleeping pattern because you can indeed wake up in the middle of the night to take it out. If you are too tired this will happen. Try to start earlier or use the feeling of tiredness as a natural stopping point.
Remember to take it out if you can. It's lovely to bask in the sensations of A-less and drift to sleep this way without any of the hassle or discomfort.

2: Breathing exercises can focus the mind and relax the body. Whether you want to do this or for how long, that is your own choice. I would recommend doing them though.
Try going from full abdominal breathing to fully automatic, light breathing; no tension whatsoever.
Breath can be seen as a bridge between body and mind. A gentle way to manipulate the body into slowing down. The mind will usually follow it's example.
You don't have to keep controlled breathing going.
Just like the tension in your PC muscles. If you tense 'em up you might be able to maintain this one sensation but they wont do much else because you are holding on to them. There is nothing wrong with experimenting with tension but try not to rely on it.

3: There are no rules here. My advice would be to listen to your body and don't force things too much. If you feel like doing it it every day, go right ahead. I feel that a change in frequency can help though, so try to experiment with this. I would say that longer sessions are preferred when you are starting out, as long as you can keep frustration away.

4: Thoughts always arise, it's what they do. There is nothing wrong with wondering if what you are feeling might be or lead to orgasm. It's also true that you can think: yes, this definitely is an orgasm; or things like, holy crap, this is the best thing ever. Being able to orgasm doesn't fix this problem and it's always a struggle.

Labeling thoughts are not what you want but once they pop up, you can step out of them or just let them be; if it doesn't pull you out it's fine.
Trying to think about what you can do to amp them up or maybe reenact something, should be ignored I think. Try to be passive when it comes to thought, too much 'involvement' can break whatever it was that was going on.

Wanting better stuff or more of it is natural. You just have to be 'cool' with the fact that it is not up to you and will lead to bullshit. Because, can't things always be better? What about the session I had two days ago, why can't I have that? This is a sure fire way to kill any satisfaction that you might have gotten.

5: If it doesn't distract and feels nice, why not? You can touch yourself wherever you want and get pleasure out of it.
Penile sensations can distract, especially when you are new to this. I would avoid putting it between your legs until you are sure that it doesn't bother or interfere. Just try to ignore whatever is going on with it. If it feels good (erection or whatever), it will register anyway. There is no need to be actively involved with it.

6:Every change can bring something new. Try to embrace your new situation. I would experiment with ejaculating less now that you have the temporary freedom to do so.
