Hi All, i thought id come and leave a little post.

So id like to start this post by saying i am a very anxious person with a history of general anxiety disorder closely linked to health related anxiety, this started after losing a family member recently.

So this weekend i had 3 long long sessions with a new Aneros toy. During the first two sessions i felt contractions but not much more than that... then on sat eve i had 2 2 hour sessions where things escalated and i would say i either got extremely close or orgasmed hands free, although i was a little scared at the time i was actually ok.

The contractions were combined with feelings of heat, shakiness and slight nasusea id say.

Anyway fast forward 3 days and the contractions are almost gone, although when i clench (without the toy) i still get them. This makes me a bit uncomfortable. Im struggling to sleep at night due to the the feeling of being warm, shaky and adrenaline wired.

Im walking around with a general shakiness and heat in my stomach accompanied by legs shaky and a general feverish feeling.

So i have some questions:

1) Are these symptoms in your experience 3 days later linked to my experience with the toy or rather pure anxiety symptoms?

2) Assuming they are post orgasm sensations and i have no opened this door, if i give it a little break will these feelings go away or am i stuck with this forever? This is important to me to know if they will setlle over time or now remain!

3) I read somewhere that if you have acute prostatitis this process can lead to septisemia, is this a real concern> and if so how do i know if i have prostatitis? Does this scare or bother any of you!

4) I am really scare about this all but the feeling of use was mind blowing... in your opinion should i continue or leave it...

Im just so scared cos i am struggling to sleep and work, because a general feeling of body stimulation (adrenaline, shaky legs, warm tummy and when i think of my prostate get buzzed), still wondering if this was from the weekend or my normal anxiety playing with my mind.

I would love some input,

John

It sounds like you may be experiencing a rise in sensitivity. Taking it slow and having a session that is not goal oriented may help you feel less anxious. I don't know what techniques you're using, but what has helped me is to not have any expectations and accept whatever happens.

These are normal reactions. I know things are going to expand out over my body when I feel them.

The first few times I started to get any response I had the shaking/trembling for several days an any increase in tension of the pc muscles caused things to explode back to the fore front. I had a hard time working that day as I felt so weak and shakey but I worked through it. I did not chock it up as anxiety, but by body going 'what was that!'

2)I personally did not give it a break. I dove head first back into the pool the next day as I wanted more. The shaking did subside to a dull tingle that is always there if I look for it.

3)I can't answer this one other than say do some research on prostatitis symptoms.

4) I am really scare about this all but the feeling of use was mind blowing... in your opinion should i continue or leave it..

4)I personally embraced all the sensations fully because I wanted to experience a different level of pleasure that I had not experienced before. Only you can make the decision to stop or continue.

I do fully understand what you are saying, try as best as you can to not be scared as there is nothing to be scared about. Yes it will be a bit unnerving the first few times as you are experiencing things completely different than ever before and your body/mind is still processing this new input. Embrace it as a new beginning allowing it to become part of you.

Hope this helps you. Above all else enjoy yourself.

You might want to give your body time to get acquainted to these new feelings make your sessions shorter like 90 min and put more time between your sessions. You must remember rewiring will take time so do not throw to much at it in a short period of time. I feel your pain in these areas I went through a lot of the same feelings. Good luck and stay in touch

So just to update.

Although my symptoms are still there they are definitely less scary and i feel maybe adapting a bit.

What i have decided to do is give it a break, just until these unsettling feelings diminish.... At that point i will prob try go again but shorter period and maybe 1s a week. I know kinda know what to expect in terms of during the session and post so i dont think will be as much of a shock to the body.

Wonder if people agree.

I just cant see how this can be bad for the body, it is actually all purely natural as the contractions and waves are in us already hence the aless orgasms. Its just about channeling this energy through the system.

Any thoughts welcome  and thanks to everyone who took the time to reply.

Hi, welcome to the forum and sorry for your lost.

Perhaps these ideas can help you:

It's said you can lead overflowing energy to your partnership and to your sweethearts by putting your left hand on your heart area and your right hand on your energy house (your solar plexus, one hand-width above your navel) and then envisioning to send your energy to your heart.

Another advice is to drink a lot of water to sooth your overwhelming energetic state.

Good luck!
