I am a bit further along than you, and have thus built up an enourmous sensitivity down there through rewiring, but every experience I have had with with falling asleep has gone as such: on the brink of sleep I unwittingly clench really hard, like a presleep twitch. This pushes the toy rather aggressively against my prostate, waking me up with a jolt. Then I slowly drift off to sleep and, lo and behold, the same thing happens again. After a few Sisyphean cycles I get up and take the toy out and go to sleep.

Many other men on this forum have been much more successful at sleeping with there toys in, however. Try and find out how you fare. With a plastic toy and silicone lube (ie not a silicone toy with silicone lube, a damaging combination for the toy) you will probably avoid the drying out associated with water based lubes.

I sleep with my Aneros in maybe once a week. Usually because I get so relaxed during a session that I drift off. I'd say 90% of the time when I sleep, nothing happens. The other 10% of the time I'll get woken up by a super o and then spend the rest of the day exhausted because I spent a couple hours with a surprise session instead of sleeping.
