Shivers?

I recently had some shivers and tingles through my body, starting from my groin and rising up. The only problem, it's a sensation. Like when you sneeze, you get a sensation. Or sighing is a sensation. I didn't receive pleasure at all and unsure if there's a way to twist it and make it happen. Any help?

I don't know why I'm not too keen on this kundalini concept. It really agitates me like some secret power i'm not suppose to open and keep locked. On the chance I do it prematurely, I'm opening a can of worms.

I had those in the early days. Eventually they'll pass. It might help to try and keep your area still as shivering can be what short-circuits the potential pleasure.
(Though it can be the other around for some guys, at least later into their journey)
