Shivers ... Are they P waves ?

Hi all,

I've been on the helix journey for about 10months now & no super o or dry orgasm yet. I'm not sure if I've even had P waves but I'm just trying to have an open mind & use my mind simply as a receiver of sensations & focus on any that I feel. I have been using the "do nothing" technique while searching for any bodily sensations on my journey.

Over the last month I've been experiencing what can only be described as a "shiver" when using the Aneros. To describe it,it's similar to when you feel a bit cold & you shiver or shudder throughout your body or when you use the phrase "somebody just walked over my grave". They start off ever so slightly, a tiny tiny shiver, then another tiny shiver, & over a period of time these shivers do intense in strength so that these shivers will tense my torso & central muscles before residing again.

Are these P waves ?

I ask because I wouldn't associate these with any sexual feelings, in my head they happen, just because they happen if that makes sense, & I roll with it. I cannot see how these can evolve into a super O.

Any advice that I am on track or any similar experiences to keep me on my way to super o would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Like you I use the do nothing technique and just try to breathe and relax. The Aneros will move on its own from the breathing and do its own thing. Over the last 2 weeks I have been getting pleasant feelings along the same lines. It does feel like a shiver or cold going through you but it's ever so slight. I tend to classify this as a pwave myself. It tends to come and go as a session goes on. They have never evolved into an orgasm, but my guess is if you and I stick with it eventually it will turn into a dry o and eventually a super o. The body is learning to orgasm in a new way and it takes time before our "prostates wake up" so to speak.

PWaves are "less" than that. Sounds more like a mild kind of miniO.

Yes, they are good sign and can become more intense...

SuperO is more similar to that than to an ejaculatory orgasm.

Hi guys.
I'm about 1 year in now and the sessions have been great over the last two months or so p waves super o's etc. But on about three sessions I've experienced severe shivers "just like someone walking over my grave". However they started half an hour to an hour into my session and they were very strong and a little frightening to be honest. I ended up pulling my duvet up to my chin till the shivering stopped then I went back to my session

PS I have tried several approaches but find the do nothing approach works best for myself
