Rode today, but I got to this point at the end where my entire lower body was doing what the title says. No sensations though. I felt my back when coming up off the floor a bit, intense. But again no sensation.

Anyone have any tips on what to do to get sensations, or more stuff to happen?

MGX, 25.

I've had similar; if you can keep it up, you will eventually achieve a HFWO, or maybe a HFDO. Regardless, it will feel good. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it.

I can't really see how it would lead to such orgasms.
It's not like you feel anything good happening while the bucking is happening.
If it did feel good, I could understand how eventually it could lead to some sort of orgasm, whichever type that happens to be.

I think it just goes to show that some of us are either doing something wrong, or are not capable of having these types or orgasms.

My hip bucking is perhaps not at the hips. It's more like I have a dry throat and am coughing to get something dislodged from the throat. There's nothing pleasurable in it, and it's nothing to do with my state of mind of how I described it in the previous sentence (unpleasant similie for the abdomen movement indicates unpleasent thoughts). It just is not pleasent. Neutral.

Fundamentally I can't see how a neutral situation could lead to an orgasm.

Same... just feels neutral. I've had awesome sensations though, once had the mgx really swaying to n fro n pressing on my prostate, that felt awesome! Lotta precum that ride.

@lonewolf, the bucking is caused by the Aneros autothrusting, vigorously rubbing the prostate, and if stimulated long enough, it will start to feel really good which grows and will cause a prostate orgasm, with or without ejaculate. Trust me, before the end, it feels amazing, and you will try to keep it up to get to the finish line.

So basically let the shaking and stuff continue?

No, it doesnt actually feel like the device is auto-thrusting.
It feels like the device is static i my ass, I think.
If vigorous stimulation of the prostate is needed, cant I just rub the Helix in and out using my hands? Even that doesnt do anything other than make me feel like I need to go to the toilet.

Sorry, I'm in the "No Shaking" camp. Never worked for me, just a distraction that only leads to... more spasms. I had better results when I calm my shakes down, and continue trying to focus on the sensations of the aneros on my prostate.

Thats what I feel, just the shakes, no sensations...

For me, when I stop the shaking, all sensations cease and are not felt again. I might as well take it out, roll over and go to sleep

Trust your body men. The shaking is a great part of early progress towards a Super! The thing to remember that this is all good. My shaking started in my legs one day as I was riding n squatting! I just closed my eyes relaxed into it and soon the shakes were traveling up my body and my pristate grabbed that you and pounded me into a super O. This is not cerebral something to analysis. It's aride and they are all different. It gets better n better. Trust me, it took me a year of consistent practice and submission to the Aneros and my body

It's not like something that can be easily done or controlled. And there's no pleasure when it happens...

I’ve been at it for three months. I had the same exact experience and frustration as you describe. Shaking without pleasure, after a while I started slowly experiencing more pleasure until I finally completely zoned out into my first super-o. Intense, and very different. My advise is to keep at it, find a position you are comfortable in and can feel your prostrate is being touched and again keep at it. It’s real.
