Hi guys i been using the SGX for almost a month i do believe, and it is a much smaller device, i know this will take time but i was wondering if it doesnt work could i get a free upgrade to the maximus or the progasm editon instead? Cause my uro told me that my prostate is about the same size and still rather large from the congested prostate fluid. So i am guessing a bigger wider device would help better.

Hi, congested.

Yes, if you bought the SGX through this website, you can get a refund and apply it to the purchase of another model. I suggest that you try the HELIX as it's a really good upgrade. Larger in diameter (but not too large) and longer, it should make much more positive contact with your prostate than the little SGX. I think you'll like it. You may have to adjust the p-tab a bit to allow a little more movement...I cut the handle off of mine...that was really a good modification for me, anyway.

If you still don't get the relief you need, try a PROGASM. Lovely device, MUCH bigger than others in our line, but very nice to use.

Congested,

What made you pick the SGX to start with? Was this due to some first-timers apprehension about anal play or did this have to do with the sizing recommendations provided in the products section? If it was the latter and your height is 5' 6" or under, then a larger massager may not be indicated in this case. Bear in mind that these larger massagers are not only wider, but longer as well, so they may not sufficiently engage your prostate if you are of this stature. If this is the case, I would recommend staying with the SGX a while longer and see how you do with it. Remember, the massaging action of these devices is gentle so the results are gradually acquired over time.

If your choice of the SGX was about getting your feet wet to start with, and you feel like you're ready to move up to something larger, then go for it.

Just to be clear, the money back guarantee is good for 90 days from the date of purchase and applies to products purchased from this site only.

Just wondering if maybe I should get an SGX. I was using the Progasm the other day, having an incredible session, when I reached down to check the placement of the p-tab. Was really surprised to find that more than half the progasm was sticking out. Maybe a shorter aneros is what I really need.

How have you done with MGX or Helix?

LATE EDIT: Just checked back: link here ---> http://www.aneros.com/forum/f5/progasm-problem-13328/

I had thought that my Progasm ejection issues started late in the fall when I encountered a lot of personal stress. Turns out both of us were doing that in July. I've got the legal heights for any of the tools and MGX, Helix and Eupho work for me. I do have bph and thinking that might be the issue carved a lot of plastic off my Progasm. I'm still ejecting though.

Love_is may be right on with the relaxation suggesion and Stress might be the root cause.
