Hi Guys!

I'm a guy in my early twenties who stumbled upon the aneros two years back. After a long time of trial and error I finally think I nailed it (I nailed something at least...) After what I experienced I just had to look this up, and I found a lot of similar discussions, but not quite the same like this:

• After playing with my Progasm for over 60 minutes I started to feel a electric sensation sweeping across my body, almost like an aurora dances across the night sky.

• I got very excited and started breathing very heavily, and that electric sensation got stronger to the point where my whole body started to tingle (very similar to when blood starts flowing back to a "sleeping" limb).

• I started shaking uncontrollably and moaning as well!

• Then, my body started cramping! Have anyone of you tried a TENS-machine? A TENS-machine contracts your muscles with the help of an electric current, and depending on the voltage it can be very hard if not IMPOSSIBLE to "override" that electric current and gain back control over your own muscles. That is EXACTLY how I felt, no matter how hard I tried I couldn't gain back the control of my muscles, especially the arms and hands.

• I looked like someone with cerebral palsy (which is not something to joke about) and I went from this wonderful ecstatic moment of pure bliss to being absolutely terrified over not being able to control your body one bit...

• It took roughly 5 minutes for the cramping to go away and another 10 minutes before I had fully recovered... It was absolutely insane and it freaked me out cause when people say "I started shaking and got muscle spasms" I could not in my wildest fantasy believe it was going to be that intense...

Is this safe? I've heard from various sources that extremely intense orgasms in women can lead to brain damage, but when I looked it up I didn't find anything (only porn hits haha). I have to say it didn't hurt at all, it was probably the best "orgasm feeling" I've ever had, but it got interrupted by this cramping. Should I just relax and give in to this experience and see where It'll take me? Whats your thoughts on this?

Regards
Joe

Just give in and relax....the more you relax the more sexual energy you will create and also when you are fully relaxed without tension you will shake less. I have had many WTF moments on my journey but have survived, so I say give into the pleasure and relax.
