Sessions leaving you wanting more?

I've had an interesting experience.

After having some painful leg cramps while out on vacation I decided to get an electrolyte supplement and start taking it twice a day. It's done a good job on the leg cramps.

Seems another benefit may be session intensity. I cannot say it's all been the supplement but since I started taking it I've had some really, really intense sessions. Sessions like I haven't had in quite a while. I used to get the convulsing, leg-shaking thing but haven't in a while. I'm pretty close to hitting it again now 🙂 

If you're wanting more from your sessions it might be worth trying to up your electrolytes. Not with Gatorade, Powerade, or the like. You have to drink a gallon of those to get what one teaspoon of the supplement I'm using gives you. Most of these are pretty much the same formulation. Pick one and try it.

What is the name of the supplement your using ? I find I don't drink ad much water as I used to because it causes me to have to pee multiple times during a session.  I don't really get cramps that often but hey maybe it's worth a try.

This is what I'm using. I'm having better workouts at the gym. Something else, my knees don't hurt since using this which is odd but I don't miss the pain.

I find pee breaks are like taking a breather between sets when working out. When I get back to my session it's usually picked up some in intensity.
