@bigsnake30 When I first began using Aneros, Helix Syn like yourself, I kept my boxers on. I quickly found that didn’t work because as soon as anything touched my penis I was immediately distracted by it and my focus switched from the prostate. So now I am mostly naked during a session, although now I find I am able to completely focus on my prostate and penis can do whatever it wants. I also kept a distance between Aneros sessions and ejaculations in case it might hinder the rewiring process. I wonder if there is any evidence that younger guys adapt more quickly than, how can I put this, those of us like myself who are more mature in years? 🙂
