I've gone 20 days without masturbating, then masturbated a couple of times. Once last night, once tonight.
After going for a week or so, I've started feeling random pleasurable feelings throughout the day again, have been able to focus on areas and cause some of these feelings by will, and my Aneros sessions have been pleasurable each time without fail. Normally, I go short periods of feeling these things and then go long periods of not feeling much. I never had much libido beyond when I'd force it looking at porn and/or masturbating, but lately the feelings are almost always there if I search for them, and often even if I don't.
I've learned that by not going for the cookie, i.e. masturbation or porn, these more subtle pleasures are no longer so subtle or non-existent.
Also, when I did masturbate it was superb! Though I'm going to slow it down now, for I don't wish to wipe out these effects by overstimulating myself too often.
Does anyone else have similar experiences of increasing sensitivity by cutting back on stimulation through masturbation/porn?

The point of the 21 day challenge was to get past a 17 day "hangover" effect of ejaculation.
I was, however, edging sometimes during the 21 day challenge. During the 20 day of the 90 day nofap, (no masturbation or porn) I became a LOT more in tune with those pleasurable feelings throughout my body.
I didnt stop for so many days in a row (didn't count actually)... But it matches what little experience I have... And also matches my favorite mantra these days : "do less, get less, enjoy more".
So the lesson to be learned is Less is More 🙂

I've found the opposite. The more I masturbate the more my libido increases and the more my penile sensitivity increases in tandem with the inner sensations.
I found that the pleasure I get from masturbating doesn't increase after taking mj the way it used to coz it was already great. And perhaps coz I didn't practise with the Aneros it wasn't the Super O I usually get, though with mj and Aneros you can never go far wrong as far as pleasure goes.
My impression is that I'd too much stimulated the male side so the female side wasn't as receptive even with the female mj. I think I should have probably done both in equal measure, but I just don't feel like lying on my ass all day when I haven't taken mj.
Anyway as I say opposite findings. I don't think porn makes you impotent but there's just too much bad stuff.
What you need more than visual stimulation with the Aneros is audio, i.e. audioporn.

Correct, every one is different, so those making matter of fact comments or 'guides' need to realise that.
I find laying on my back, I can manipulate the aneros by just arching my back and pushing my ass into the bed, slowly release and lower your back flat with the bed, then repeat. Doing this, i don't even need pc muscle contractions, but I add them in when my back is arched and release as i lower my back. Works every time for me....
Once I get the Aneros moving on it's own, I then turn to my side and let it do all the work! 🙂

first of all some introductory words from my side, I am 30 years old, male.
I've been reading the forums for about 4 years and using the Aneros for about 2 years. Concerning my progress I haven't experienced any dry orgasm nor mini o's but have felt the beginning of p-waves a few times. But I think I'm on the right way.
Concerning your post, I have made the same experience about abstaining or semen retention. The idea about semen retention came into my mind when I first read about giving up porn on "Yourbrainonporn.com". I also did the 21 day challenge and the NoFap challenge (my longest period was about 30 days which I achieved a few times).
Regarding these challenges I mainly share your experience. During the days of abstaining I felt more energy in my body and had a better mood. I did achieve a lot at work and somehow needed less sleep. Of course you feel horny but this is the better case. Because some years ago I used to masturbate daily and only thanks to these challenges I learned about what it is like to not masturbate that much. In my eyes it is a dopamine rollercoaster when you masturbate too much. Furthermore I set up a masturbation schedule and try to masturbate only 2 times per month or less.
Besides I believe these challenges could be helpful in my rewiring process. About 2 weeks ago I also started learning KSMO which is also a possible way to reduce penile stimulation and come closer to the whole body orgasms coming from Aneros/KSMO.
Personally I will try to stick to my "masturbation schedule" because the benefits of abstaining are clearly visible for me.
