I am a newbie who has recently purchased the MGX and have had a little "quick fun". Is there a time limit on how long a single session should last?
Also what is the best way to clean the aneros?
Hello, I am a newbie as well. My first session lasted a little over an hour before I was completely drained. My next session I will try to hold back even longer before I explode. I'm not sure of a time limit of use because I have read in the forum and review pages of the Aneros being left in place while sleeping for several hours. Maybe one of the senior members can advise. Take care, relax and enjoy...:-)

When the Aneros Massager is fully drawn into the anus, you will initially feel the pressure of the foreign object. For best results, allow 10 to 20 minutes for relaxation. During this time, we recommend meditative breathing exercises.

Is it possible to use the Aneros too much or too frequently?
Because the device is operated using the contractions of the sphincter muscle rather than outside force,
it is virtually impossible to injure yourself through proper usage. If you become tired or uncomfortable, experience muscle fatigue, or experience other discomfort, discontinue use until a later time. Generally, using the Aneros 2 to 3 times per week for up to 30 minutes per session will pose no problems, many owners typically will have sessions lasting 1.5 to 2 hours in length.
In addition to the fatigue and discomfort factors, I would add "frustration" and "anxiety" as reasons to terminate a session. Trying to force or advance a session through an act of will is not likely to prove successful and will only contribute a negative tone to the experience. IMHO, you need to allow sufficient time to fully relax and let your body really "get into" the experience. There should not be any set time limits, if possible allow an open-ended block of time, so it doesn't become a limiting factor.
Soap and hot water is sufficient to perform cleanup of your Aneros.
Rumel is absolutely right (as always). If you can relax and not worry about the outcome, I have had sessions that lasted 6-7 hours where waves went from non-existent to mind bending. When they become non-existent again you just relax and go back to the fundamentals.
Nothing will ruin a session quicker than forcing it and pushing to make something happen. If you find yourself "trying to finish it," you probably need to quit for the night.
Relax, breath and listen to your body. It takes a long time to listen to those simple instructions and once you figure it out, your body will tell you what to do.
Thanks for the great tips. I have 4days before I'm able to devote any time to another session. i can't wait.
Totally agree with MobileSub. The destination is not the goal, the journey is. Relax and enjoy!
