Yes, I have used it for 10 years to remove the pain in urinating with my BHP. I has worked wonders for me. My GP also recommends as a non invasive readily available herbal medication with no side effects. She says it make more T available - what ever that means. I did not realize it aided Ej. Well I've been doing good for my age, now I know why!

I've been using it for just 20 years this fall; the O I had right after the first dose was unbelievable! I was able to pee without dribbling and stopping and starting, getting a full night's sleep, etc. I've tried to rotate to different blends and formulations and brands to keep it effective. Now, I still take it but with finasteride (Proscar). It works quite well, and I'm able to keep a decent amount of hair (all of my mom's brother's are/were bald!).

YES! Saw Palmetto is excellent for prostate health. I'm a true believer now after about 6 months of use. I find much better urine flow, and better prostate sensitivity.
